Project Blue Beam is the name of a theoretical operation planned by NASA and orchestrated by
global elites to stage a supernatural or extraterrestrial event with the goal of establishing a
totalitarian world government.
The theory purports that satellites, holograms, drones and frequency-based technology will be used
to simulate an alien invasion or a biblical event, causing widescale panic and ushering in a
government to bring about order.
While it currently stands as just a theory, there are those that believe it's only a matter of time
before it happens, while others believe it has already begun based on world events.
In 1952, a document from the Assistant Director of the Office of Scientific Intelligence H. Marshall Chadwell, entitled "Unidentified Flying Objects (Flying Saucers)" was sent to the Director of the CIA. In the document, Chadwell outlined the psychological apsects of world-wide UFO sightings and his recommendations:
With a State-controlled press, this could result only from an official policy decision. The question, therefore, arises to whether or not these sightings:
(1) could be controlled,
(2) could be predicted, and
(3) could be used from a psychological warfare point of view, either offensively or defensively.

In 1975, Screenwriter Gene Roddenberry wrote a screenplay for his TV show Star Trek. The
plot of the screenplay saw aliens sending religious figures to Earth via holograms in order to
spread their own religion to humanity and ultimately, conquer the planet. Roddenberry's screenplay
was rejected, but he published the story as a novel instead, entitled The God-Thing.

In 1989, Physicist Robert Lazar blew the whistle on his time working for the U.S. government,
reverse engineering an extraterrestrial spacecraft. According to Lazar, he was employed at "S-4",
a hidden black-site facility near Area 51 that housed nine extraterrestrial flying saucers. Lazar
has gone on to be derided by ufologists for providing no real evidence to his claims.
In 1994, writer and journalist Serge Monast published his book Project Blue Beam, which
detailed how the United Nations were attempting to use futuristic technology through NASA to start
a
New World Order
under a unified religion led by the Antichrist.
In September 1996, Monast's children, who were being homeschooled by Monast, were taken from him
and made wards of the state to give them a public education.
On December 4, Monast was arrested for spreading misinformation, spending the night in jail. The
following day, he died of a heart attack at the age of 51. Some theorise that his death was brought
on by poisoning.
A January 2000 issue of Jane's International Defense Review featured an article about Special
Access Programs, projects with a high enough security clearance that those involved were authorised
to lie publicly to safeguard their existence.
In 2001, American Ufologist Steven Greer released his book Disclosure: Military and Government
Witnesses Reveal the Greatest Secrets in Modern History, in it, Dr. Carol Rosin, assistant
to German aerospace engineer and

asset Werner von Braun, explained how von Braun revealed to her the U.S. government's step-by-step
plan for a weaponization of space before he died:
The strategy that Werner Von Braun taught me was that first the Russians are going to be considered to be the enemy... Then terrorists would be identified. We heard a lot about terrorism. Then we were going to identify third-world country "crazies"... The next enemy was asteroids... the last card is the alien card. We are going to have to build space-based weapons against aliens and all of it is a lie.

On November 14, 2004, Commander David Fravor tracked an unusual aircraft off the coast of
California. The aircraft appeared at 80,000 ft before descending rapidly and stopping at
20,000 ft where it hovered until it ascended completely out of sight. Fravor went on to describe
the aircraft as a "tic tac" based on its shape in infrared imaging.
In June 2012, France held the first drone display at the Meet Your Creator, Saatchi & Saatchi
New Directors' Showcase in Cannes, where several drones mounted with mirrors used LEDs to
create a 3D display in the sky.
In January 2015, two separate incidents occured in which U.S. fighter pilots recorded unidentified
aerial objects. The videos would later go on to be dubbed the "GIMBAL" and "GOFAST" videos.
Later that year, a city was witnessed floating in the sky above Chinese cities Foshan and Jiangxi.
Scientists claimed it was a rare phenomenon known as fata morgana: a mirage due to light bending
through layers of air with different temperatures.
In 2017, Korean researchers at KAIST developed a method that would improve holographic
technology using wavefront-shaping to control scattered light, aiding in the process of displaying
dynamic 3D holograms without the need of special glasses.
On June 25, 2021, a report was released by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence that
indicated that many Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) sightings were physical objects, that
they could prove to be a security risk, and that in most instances they were unexplainable.
On January 28, 2024, Noland Arbaugh was the first recipient to receive a Neuralink: a chip implant
entitled "Telepathy" that allows for brain-computer interface.
In February, Tokyo began displaying the world's largest permanents architectural
projection-mapped display at their "Tokyo Night & Light" show. Using Panasonic projectors, the
display sees the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building transformed into a dynamic canvas of music
and lights.
Around October, an anonymous whistleblower released a classified document entitled "IMMACULATE
CONSTELLATION" that detailed a Special Access Program that used military intelligence resources to
collect imagery on UAPs.
In December, Dubai began hosting regular drone shows for their Dubai Shopping Festival.
In 2025, Croatian Singer Marko Perković Thompson performed at the Zagreb Hippodrome. His concert
featured 1,000 coordinated drones displaying religious iconography and notable quotations.
According to Monast's research, Project Blue Beam would be enacted through a combination of
advanced technology and psychological warfare to create illusions that are indistinguishable from
reality.
The project would take place over four phases, each meticulously designed to erode the foundations
of belief and have people question their senses, with the end goal being total domination.
The famous NASA Blue Beam Project has four different steps. Four parts toward the implementation of the New World Religion with the anti-Christ at its head. The first step of Blue Beam would see the deconstruction of all major world religions.
Artificially induced earthquakes in strategic spots across the planet would uncover new
archeological discoveries that will cast doubt on the beliefs of every religion.
With religious doctrine in question, science would be able to discredit and supplant faith. Those
in crisis of faith would be more likely to accept a new religion.
The first step in the NASA Blue Beam Project concerns the breakdown [re-evaluation] of all archaeological knowledge.

Using a combination of drone and satellite technology, 3D images and sounds would be projected into
the sky all across the planet. Holograms of significant religious figures would merge to create a
new idol: the Antichrist.
Speaking to people in their own, native language, this new deity would convince humanity that
the old religions have brought only devastation, and they must be abolished to make way for a new
religion that must unify everyone against an impending spiritual or supernatural event.
The second step deals with the gigantic space show with three dimensional optical holograms and sounds, laser projections of multiple holographic images to different parts of the world, each receiving different images according to predominating regional/national religious faith.

Through the manipulation of electronically augmented two-way communication, people will receive
what they believe to be telepathic messaging from an Antichrist.
With the amount of personal data stored on computers, the messaging can be directed at each
individual on a personal level and can take the form of whatever would be most convincing to that

The final phase would see the creation of a manufactured crisis, such as a simulated
extraterrestrial invasion, prompting major nations to respond by using nuclear weapons. The fallout
would cause mass panic and lead to a complete collapse of society.
With the world plunged into chaos, humanity would demand safety, even at the cost of personal
freedoms. An outraged populous would demand governments immediately disarm, leaving the New World
Order in charge as the only, uncontested super power.
The fourth step concerns the universal supernatural manifestation with electronic means.

If Project Blue Beam were to exist, it would be difficult to outright prove the existence of such a
covert operation, but looking through the historical timeline and deconstructing the stages of how
the project would be enacted can shed some light on its likelihood.
Much speculation surrounds the untimely death of Serge Monast, the progenitor of the Blue Beam
theory. Monast suffered a heart attack at the age of 51, one day after being arrested for
misinformation, despite being considered healthy. The timing of his death, only two years after
publishing Project Blue Beam and one year after publishing
Les Protocols de Toronto

both of which exposed the global domination plans of powerful elites, is considered by many to be
more than mere coincidence. If the cause of Monast's death was assassination, it wouldn't be the
first time a whistleblower would have conveniently died under strange circumstances. In 2024, John
Barnett, the whistleblower on Boeing Commercial Airplanes' malpractice, was found dead of a gunshot
wound, later ruled a suicide, after failing to report for his deposition. A friend of his later
claimed that Barnett himself stated to her that he would not have killed himself and he suspected
something may happen to him:

Similarly, Suchir Balaji who was a former OpenAI engineer, was found dead from a gunshot wound
after making claims that OpenAI violated AI copyright laws and that he was willing testify in
strong copyright infringement cases.
When it comes to the first phase of Blue Beam, the ability to manufacture earthquakes is an actual
possibility. It's believed that fracking, mining, wastewater disposal, carbon storage or
underground nuclear testing all put immense stress on the Earth's crust and can induce seismicity.
In 2008, an earthquake in Sichuan, China is thought to have been caused by the nearby Zipingpu Dam
due to the weight of the reservoir's water and proximity to a fault line, while according to
state seismologist Austin Holland, wastewater injection wells were found to be the epicenter of the
2011 Oklahoma earthquake,.

placed on him from linking earthquakes to oil companies.

In 1946, the Dead Sea Scrolls were found in clay pots found in a cave near Qumran. The scrolls include some of the earliest texts from the Hebrew Bible, fundamentally changing what was known at the time of the origins of Judaism and Christianity. It's not far-fetched to believe that modern discoveries of ancient relics couldn't have a similar impact on the way humanity interprets religious doctrine. Other scholars and experts have spoken on how The Bible may already be false due to the biases of its writers against historical findings, suggesting that the discovery of further discoveries that have been selectively curated could occur.
The original writers of The bible were polytheist, they believed in many gods. But the way the texts have been written, the way they present the situation, they're deeply biased, they propagandise a lot of this material. A lot of the texts were written by people who had their own political religious agendas that they're trying to forward. You start to see all this stuff, and it starts to raise questions for me about "how much can I trust these texts, this bible, in terms of it being something divine?" No, it's not that, it's a very human book.

The light-show illusions described in the second phase of Blue Beam may have sounded like science
fiction once upon a time, but as technology quickly advances, it's becoming more and more likely
with each passing year. Drone technology has upgraded from simple reconnaissance capabilities to
more complex high-resolution imaging and coordination, courtesy of AI. 3D holograms have come a
long way since their inception, and like drones and AI, the technology is advancing rapidly. While
many feel that we are still some way off from being able to produce convincing 3D holograms, and
both virtual reality and augmented reality both have too many requirements to fool people, there's
always the potential that governments are further along than what has been revealed.
Convincing people of a believable worldwide invasion from aliens as illustrated in
the fourth and final phase of Blue Beam may at first seem like the most difficult part of the
project, as alien and UFO sightings have mostly come from unreliable sources and whistleblowers.
In the past, the U.S. government has been tight-lipped on any supposed alien activity, but with the
advent of drones, mobile phones, and social media, the spotting and sharing of UFO sightings has
been much more prominent, leading to the leak of the "GIMBAL", "FLIR1" and "GOFAST" videos, forcing
U.S. officials to address the sightings:

in 2017, it was revealed that the Pentagon had set up an initiative known as the Advanced Aviation Threat Identification Program (AATIP) led by Luis Elizondo, a career intelligence officer who went on to resign when military leadership showed no signs of urgency despite many UFO sightings:

Though the AATIP was eventually shut down, in 2025 it was revealed by Ryan Graves, executive director of Americans for Safe Aerospace and a former Navy pilot, that the Pentagon once again formed a secret branch of the FBI known as the UAP Working Group, a program not unlike their past iteration, that monitors UAP activity across the country:

And finally, those that don't believe that governments would intentionally bring harm to their own people need only look at past U.S. covert strategies such as Operation Northwoods, a false flag attack on U.S. civilians suggested by the Joint Chiefs of Staff to justify invading Cuba during the Cold War, and Operation Sea-Spray, an experiment that intentionally exposed the public to bacteria to test the effects of a biological attack on a major North-American city.
While there are possible signs of Project Blue Beam being a legitimate secret U.S. government
operation, there are
The death of Serge Monast remains a contentious issue. Despite having no history of heart disease,
Monast's children were taken from him two months before his death, this plus his arrest the day
before he suffered a heart attack may have been just enough stress on his system to cause the fatal
heart attack.
As for Blue Beam itself, in order to cause targeted earthquakes as noted in the first phase of the
project, a large scale operation like fracking or mining would likely need to take place, with
heavy machinery, enough infrastructure, and a lot of man-power needed. The inability of subtlety is
more than enough evidence to disprove a targeted earthquake as an act of god.
Technology is rapidly advancing, though we're incredibly far from the point where drones and
holograms could replicate something truly convincing to fool the human senses. While a hologram of
Tupac performed at Coachella in 2012, it's merely just trickery often using projectors and
reflections.
None of them are actually "holograms", they're more like 3D telepresence... it's still not the same as a hologram, because if you try to go around it, you'll notice they're still 2-dimensional.

Not only that, but to coordinate a convincing hologram show that would simultaneously appear across
the globe, take the form of the region's most glorified religious figure, and speak directly into
the minds of its viewers in their native language would be such an undertaking that it might as
well be science fiction, at least for now.
On the subject of UFOs, while it's true that there are many more sightings in the modern era, and
while many governments have acknowledged their existence, there is absolutely no evidence that they
are extraterrestrial in nature, and official documentation details how the U.S government believes
UAPs could be one of several things, but extrateerestrial is not listed as one of them:
Airborne Clutter: These objects include birds, balloons, recreational unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), or airborne debris like plastic bags that muddle a scene and affect an operator's ability to identify true targets, such as enemy aircraft.
Natural Atmospheric Phenomena: Natural atmospheric phenomena includes ice crystals, moisture, and thermal fluctuations that may register on some infrared and radar systems.
USG or Industry Developmental Programs: Some UAP observations could be attributable to developments and classified programs by U.S. entities. We were unable to confirm, however, that these systems accounted for any of the UAP reports we collected.
Foreign Adversary Systems: Some UAP may be technologies deployed by China, Russia, another nation, or a non-governmental entity.
Other: Although most of the UAP described in our dataset probably remain unidentified due to limited data or challenges to collection processing or analysis, we may require additional scientific knowledge to successfully collect on, analyze and characterize some of them. We would group such objects in this category pending scientific advances that allowed us to better understand them. The UAPTF intends to focus additional analysis on the small number of cases where a UAP appeared to display unusual flight characteristics or signature management.
